Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales achievement through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting daily targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive shopping environment
- Collaborate with team to achieve store KPIs including conversion rates and average transaction value
- Participate in inventory management including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
