Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized shopping experiences
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving individual sales targets
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain pristine store presentation
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while adhering to cash handling protocols
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized follow-ups and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales and service goals
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with natural ability to build rapport
- Strong product knowledge and passion for fashion/apparel industry trends
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail technology
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store events
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
