Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Deliver personalized customer consultations using CRM systems
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently via POS systems

Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas
- Proficiency with point-of-sale technology (Square, Shopify POS)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license (for inventory runs)
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
