Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs assessment
- Drive sales growth by achieving daily/monthly KPIs and utilizing upselling techniques
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Manage inventory through stock counts, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store presentation and cleanliness standards
- Participate in product knowledge training and brand campaigns
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic retail technology
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
