Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through personalized product recommendations
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets while building long-term client relationships
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department and store goals
- Participate in inventory management and stockroom organization

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with retail technology and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
