Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product demonstrations and needs assessment
- Achieve daily sales targets while maintaining store inventory accuracy
- Process transactions using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments securely
- Execute visual merchandising to enhance product displays and store aesthetics
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and promotional events
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience required
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in team-based environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic math aptitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for store transfers)
