Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Manage inventory through stock counts, replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized, visually appealing sales floors
- Participate in product training to maintain comprehensive knowledge of merchandise
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
