Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring seamless checkout experiences
- Manage inventory counts, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay current on product knowledge through continuous training and brand certifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with natural ability to build rapport
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency with POS systems
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license for occasional off-site events
- Proficiency in basic math and cash handling procedures
