Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service to high-end clientele through product knowledge and style consultation
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining exceptional conversion rates
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up communication
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, accessories, or jewelry preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
