Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs assessment
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, markdowns, and cycle counts
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing returns, exchanges, and payments
- Visual merchandising to maintain brand standards and create engaging displays
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and inventory accuracy
- Participate in product training to maintain deep knowledge of merchandise features
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience with proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in retail technology including POS systems and inventory management software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for potential store visits
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
