Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized consultations and product recommendations
- Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and peak customer flow
- Participate in product knowledge training to maintain expertise on inventory
- Support loss prevention protocols and maintain a secure sales floor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge aptitude and quick learning ability
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license (if store location requires travel)
