Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and style consultations
- Drive sales achievement through upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining secure cash handling procedures
- Manage inventory control including stock counts, replenishment, and visual presentation
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative floor coverage and support
- Stay current on product knowledge through regular training sessions
- Support store operations including opening/closing procedures and daily maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong aptitude for sales techniques and customer engagement
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington state driver's license (if required for occasional off-site events)
