Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling consultations
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inspiring shopping environment
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up appointments and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
- Stay current on product knowledge, trends, and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-end retail or customer-facing sales roles
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Strong visual merchandising and product presentation abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify) and inventory management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional store events
- Portfolio demonstrating styling or retail experience preferred
