Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and size assistance
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling techniques and product recommendations
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium brand presentation
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Contribute to inventory management through receiving, stocking, and markdown execution
- Actively participate in team training and product knowledge sessions
- Support loss prevention protocols and store security procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales experience preferred
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in fashion/apparel industry
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
