Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and needs-based recommendations
- Drive sales achievement by proactively engaging customers, building relationships, and exceeding daily targets
- Execute operational excellence including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store presentation standards and seamless customer flow

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience with proven track record in meeting sales goals

- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional store events
