Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and problem-solving
- Drive sales by proactively engaging customers, building relationships, and achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions accurately, and maintain cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including stocking, displays, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence
- Participate in product training to stay current on new arrivals and brand initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and driving customer satisfaction
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
