Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays per brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and markdowns
- Support store operations through opening/closing procedures and loss prevention
Qualifications
