Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and building client relationships
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets and inventory goals
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on collections
- Maintain organized stockroom and assist with receiving shipments
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Proficient with retail technology (POS systems)
- Passion for fashion and customer-centric mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
