Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style consultation
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding daily and monthly targets
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling store displays
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Build lasting client relationships through loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team to maintain organized stockroom and sales floor
- Participate in product training to maintain expertise on new collections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software
- Passion for fashion and luxury brands
- Valid Ohio driver's license (required for occasional off-site events)
