Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by achieving individual and team targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping experience
- Support inventory management through receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Participate in training to stay current on products and brand initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
