Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and style guidance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Achieve/exceed daily sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Participate in visual merchandising and store cleanliness

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
