Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Proactively greet customers and provide exceptional service to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Assist customers in locating products, demonstrating features, and recommending items based on their needs.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) while maintaining high standards of cash handling.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to meet company presentation standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and colleagues to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Merchandising: Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and executing visual merchandising displays.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
