Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to assess their needs and recommend products.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue per transaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat customers through follow-up communication.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in using technology and POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
