Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Welcome customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Drive Sales: Utilize persuasive techniques to close sales, meet daily and monthly revenue targets, and maximize upsell opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product inventory, features, and benefits to educate customers effectively.
- Customer Retention: Build rapport with clients to ensure repeat business and foster long-term loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock replenishment, organization, and accurate reporting of sales data.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to strategize and improve store performance.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous sales experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
