Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and providing tailored recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and merchandise store displays to maintain a clean, inviting, and visually appealing shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets and store KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in business or retail preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with point-of-sale technology.
