Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Drive sales performance by actively engaging with customers and suggesting appropriate add-ons.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Build rapport with repeat customers to encourage loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute merchandising plans and seasonal promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client retention.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with modern POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
