Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to assess their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Process customer transactions efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase the average transaction value.
- Maintain the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and visual merchandising displays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with CRM or POS software.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Valid Texas driver's license (for local product delivery if required).
