Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care under the supervision of physicians and charge nurses.
- Monitor patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in strict accordance with established protocols.
- Document patient care data accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assess and educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-care instructions.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and critical patient needs.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active RN or LPN license (or foreign equivalent credentials) required.
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma accepted (Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Visa Status: Must be willing to work with us to obtain H1B or Green Card sponsorship.
- Language: Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required for patient interaction and documentation.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate electronic health record systems.
- Compassion: Strong commitment to patient safety and the nursing code of ethics.
