Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to ICU patients with advanced monitoring and intervention skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Mentor new staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict compliance with JCAHO and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- BSN degree (or international equivalent) with current RN license
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience in acute care setting
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or other applicable visas)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response abilities
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
