Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision (bathing, feeding, mobility)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Assist with medical equipment and inventory management
- Support patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond to emergency situations per protocol
Qualifications
- High school diploma or international equivalent
- English proficiency (IELTS 6.0+ or TOEFL 80+)
- No prior nursing experience required
- Clean criminal background check
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Basic computer literacy
