- Assist in inventory management including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Participate in product training to stay current on inventory and promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling aptitude
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to DC downtown location
