Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and trend expertise
- Exceed sales targets through upselling and suggestive selling techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols

- Collaborate with team to maintain organized stockrooms and efficient inventory flow
- Support store operations through opening/closing procedures and loss prevention

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math aptitude for handling cash transactions and inventory counts
- Visual merchandising skills or willingness to learn display techniques
- Team player with proactive problem-solving abilities
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours weekly
