Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to clients via remote channels, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, documenting solutions in our knowledge base.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users in clear, friendly language.
- Collaborate with the IT department to escalate and resolve complex tickets.

Qualifications
