- Deliver comprehensive telehealth nursing services including patient assessments, education, and care coordination

- Provide health coaching and chronic disease management support

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oklahoma or compact state
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth technology
