Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and care coordination via telehealth platforms
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress through virtual consultations and digital health records

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the United States or eligibility for sponsorship
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent international credential

- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
