Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive virtual primary care consultations via telehealth platform
- Diagnose and treat acute/chronic conditions within scope of practice
- Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests and medical imaging
- Prescribe medications and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams for complex cases
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from accredited institution
- Current Washington State NP license and DEA registration
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in primary care
- Valid US work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- BLS/CPR certification maintained throughout employment
- Strong diagnostic skills and evidence-based practice knowledge
