Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Diagnose and resolve network, security, and infrastructure issues
- Implement and maintain cloud solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on technology best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- CCNA or AWS certifications preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
