Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document all interactions and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Conduct remote system installations and configurations
- Monitor network performance and security protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience in remote/hybrid environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network diagnostics tools
