Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and email
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and system malfunctions
- Install, configure, and maintain virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)
- Document troubleshooting procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT security protocols
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
