- Manage Schedules: Adhere to shift times and meet daily performance goals.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot common customer problems and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Build Rapport: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide full training.
- Technical Requirements: Must have a Windows PC or Mac and high-speed internet.
- Language: Fluent English speaking and writing skills are essential.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if needed.
