Responsibilities
- Provide virtual patient assessments and care coordination via telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and document electronic health records accurately
- Conduct remote medication administration education and support
- Respond to patient inquiries through secure communication channels
- Participate in virtual case conferences and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and telehealth regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Jersey or ability to obtain via compact endorsement
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency in telehealth technologies and EHR systems
- Strong communication skills with virtual patient experience
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (H1B or O1 preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
