Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality telehealth nursing services via secure video platforms to patients across El Paso County
- Conduct virtual patient assessments, medication management, and chronic disease monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Provide health education and support to patients and their families remotely
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) while adhering to HIPAA compliance
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and secure messaging systems
- Participate in quarterly on-site clinical rotations at El Paso partner facilities
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Texas or ability to obtain via endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (telehealth experience preferred)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- BSN degree or higher (MSN preferred)
- Valid U.S. work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship (H-1B or TN visa)
- Certification in telehealth nursing (e.g., C-T) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth technology platforms
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration skills
