Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Onboard new clients to our platform, guiding them through the setup process to ensure success.
- Manage and update customer records in our CRM system with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex client issues efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services to existing clients.
- Conduct weekly check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
