Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status to clients in the Charlotte area and beyond.
- Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system to ensure continuity of service.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services to meet company revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical or billing issues efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or support roles.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, self-directed environment.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
