Responsibilities
- Manage End-to-End Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of the relocation process, including scheduling, packing, and transportation arrangements.
- Client Consultation: Provide expert guidance to clients regarding housing, schools, and community resources in Fort Wayne and surrounding areas.
- Documentation: Prepare and process all necessary paperwork, including moving manifests, inventory lists, and compliance forms.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party vendors, such as moving companies and real estate agents, to ensure service quality.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries and temporary housing for relocating staff.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control relocation budgets, providing regular updates to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, relocation services, or administrative support.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
