We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Relocation Manager to join our New York team. In this role, you will oversee complex relocation logistics and ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end relocation process, including coordination of packing, shipping, and temporary housing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for transferees, providing expert advice on living arrangements and local services.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with third-party vendors, including moving companies and shipping agents.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements regarding international and domestic relocations.
- Analyze relocation expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
- Collaborate with HR teams to tailor relocation packages that meet the specific needs of the organization and its employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in relocation management, corporate housing, or logistics coordination.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is a plus.
