As a key member of our logistics team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain operations. Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound and outbound freight operations using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining a strong safety culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation tasks
- Flexibility to work 10-hour night shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to the Commerce Drive facility
