Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in specialized units (ICU, ER, Med-Surg)
- Administer medications and treatment protocols accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care plans
- Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR)
- Mentor new nursing staff and participate in quality initiatives
- Adhere to JCAHO and state regulatory standards
Qualifications
- BSN degree (foreign equivalent accepted)
- Active RN license in home country
- 2+ years clinical experience
- English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS required)
- Pass NCLEX within 90 days of hire
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to obtain Texas nursing license
