Responsibilities
- Delicate patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning in acute care settings
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document electronic health records accurately
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams including physicians, therapists, and support staff
- Provide patient/family education on health management and preventive care
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and JCAHO regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Valid RN license (or eligible for NC license by start date)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Must qualify for US work visa sponsorship (H-1B, TN, or J-1 eligible)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
