Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units with precision and empathy
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior nursing staff and share best practices
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington State or eligibility for immediate endorsement
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with exceptional experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, TN, or other applicable visas)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
